An article in the LA Times confirms what I posted yesterday about "Carriers" -- Paramount Vantage is no more as a film making entity (all employees have been laid off, including execs), so the parent company, Paramount, is cutting loose all of the films. It's not just the stuff with less well-known actors, either -- a Ben Stiller film is getting limited release this weekend, with no marketing or critic screenings....
