I'm not sure who the actress is A little birdie tells me the young lady with Chris is Beau Garrett (who was his gf at the time); she and Chris (and a ton of other people) were volunteering at the Los Angeles Mission, serving Thanksgiving dinner. This is from last year; if I find any from this year, I'll post them....

It's his then-girlfriend, Beau Garrett. She's very cute. (See the pictures of them at a Lakers' game, with Jason Bateman.

Bad shot, I guess? Then again, I knew it was her not because she (in the pic you posted) looked so much alike (to the pics I first linked to), but because I'd seen this other picture, also of them serving Thanksgiving dinner, labeled with her name.
